Why are some other companies so much cheaper?
Because the $69 "deal" isn't real. The industry standard is to lure you in cheap, then quote $400-800 once a technician is standing in your living room. We post our actual flat rates upfront — what you see on this page is what you pay, period.
How often should I clean my air ducts?
Every 3-5 years for most LA homes. Sooner if you have pets, allergies, just moved into a home that's never been cleaned, or finished any renovation work. If you've never had a cleaning, you're due.
Will it damage my HVAC system?
No — proper duct cleaning is what HVAC manufacturers recommend. We use industrial HEPA vacuum + brush method on the vent registers. We don't open up internal HVAC components or do anything that risks the system.
Are your cleaning products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. Sanitizing uses EPA-approved products that are safe for everyone to be around during and after. No need to leave the home or keep pets elsewhere.
How long does a typical service take?
Most residential cleanings take 60-90 minutes. Larger homes with more vents may go up to 2 hours. We give you a realistic window when we confirm the appointment.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Yes — we need someone 18+ present to confirm work areas and approve the finished result before we leave. You don't have to watch us, but someone should be available.
What's actually included in the flat rate?
